With the corona-virus crisis, we are all experiencing a noticeable, impacting change in our communities and in our workplaces and Mann Insurance Group is committed to providing the best possible service to our clients and staff in the
interim. Over the next few days and beyond, you may notice some slight differences in our service model in order to adapt to the current and ever-changing environment.

Our management team is monitoring all developments on COVID-19 (Corona-virus) to be sure we are equipped to make decisions and changes in a timely manner. We have our employees working from home in order to do our
part in preventing the spread of COVID-19 (Corona-virus). Our goal is to make this change transparent to you, but we want to reassure you that we are committed to serving your needs without interruption. Please be patient, please try to work with us via phone as much as possible, and please leave our team members a voicemail if you are unable to reach a live associate at the moment. Our team will constantly be checking the voicemails and returning all calls as quickly as
possible.

During this Corona-virus (COVID-19) crisis, our lobby will be closed please DO NOT visit our offices unless absolutely necessary (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY), particularly if you are not feeling well, running a fever, or are suffering from an
illness—we are taking this step for your safety as much as our own, and we want to reassure you this does not impact the level of care we want to provide. For payments, you can make payments online, mail them to your insurance carrier directly, or call in a payment to our office (Accepted Forms of Payment: Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Cash APP; Electronic Funds Transfer from a checking, savings account or Debit Cards). We will NOT be accepting any CASH PAYMENTS in OFFICE.
